Data we process

Only the data you provide through the contact form (name, e-mail, organization, type of enquiry and message) and the minimal technical data required for site security, handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.).

Purpose and legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a services proposal. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and for a maximum of two years, unless a professional relationship begins.

Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties. We use hosting and e-mail delivery providers located in the European Union or covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It also loads no third-party resources: fonts are served from our own domain and there are no embedded maps or external scripts, so your IP address is not disclosed to any third party while browsing the site.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
